APPROACHING MENOPAUSE – THE PATH TO INNER PEACE AND WISDOM

I work with women in their 40s and 50s to help them understand menopause and that they are not going crazy.

I do this by:

·        Helping them recognise what is happening both in their body and their life

·        Explaining alternatives that are available for treating their physical symptoms

·        Teaching them to understand stress and how it impacts on their experiences and ways of counteracting this stress

·        Helping these women to deal with issues that are more related to midlife than menopause such as:

‘Empty Nest Syndrome’

Unfulfilling relationships

Unsatisfactory work/career

Lack of self esteem

Importance of being able to ask for what they need – lack of assertiveness

Feeling past their ‘use by date’ and feeling no longer attractive or desirable.

WORKSHOPS

APPROACHING MENOPAUSE – the path to inner peace and wisdom

This is a 3 hour workshop focused on education surrounding menopause and mid life and offering support and information to women in this age group. I work with a herbalist and a yoga teacher in presenting this workshop.

SECRET WOMENS’ BUSINESS WORKSHOP

A one day workshop focused on self awareness, self care and creating balance in your life. It is also about recognizing what it is you need and learning how to be assertive and asking for what it is that you need.

LOVE THE LIFE YOU LIVE

This is a 10 step coaching program that is offered on a one to one basis over 10 one hour sessions, either in person or over the phone.  This course helps women identify what holds them back and what they need to do to move forward and create a life they love.

EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique

EFT is a new discovery that has provided thousands with relief from pain, diseases and emotional issues.  Simply stated, it is a unique version of acupuncture except you don't use needles. Instead, you stimulate well established energy meridian points on your body by tapping on them with your fingertips. The process is easy to memorize and is portable so you can do it anywhere. It launches off the EFT Discovery Statement which says...

"The cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body's energy system."

And because our physical pains and diseases are so obviously connected with our emotions the following statement has also proven to be true...

"Our unresolved negative emotions are major contributors to most physical pains and diseases."

This common sense approach draws its power from (1) time-honored Eastern discoveries that have been around for over 5,000 years and (2) Albert Einstein, who told us back in the 1920's that everything (including our bodies) is composed of energy. These ideas have been largely ignored by Western Healing Practices and that is why EFT often works where nothing else will. It's not that EFT is so stunning (although it may certainly appear that way to you). Rather, it is because conventional healing methods have simply overlooked the obvious. You will see that clearly as you allow EFT to bring freedom into your life where you thought none was possible.
